You see a toast and an unread badge the moment each event happens, no page refresh. The full notifications page keeps a 30-day history with Read/Unread filtering.
Yes. Every prospect that clicks a link in your email shows up with a green Clicked status in the dashboard and the Prospects table, next to Sent. You also see click-through rate on the 7-day trend chart and a Clicked stat card with the live count - so you can focus follow-ups on warm leads who already showed interest.
Their status flips to Replied in your dashboard immediately, and the follow-up sequence for that prospect stops automatically - no more awkward chasing of someone who already answered. You also get a Replied stat card and a reply rate line on the trend chart. Out-of-office and vacation auto-responders are filtered out so they don't inflate your metrics.
