LeadPilot is an AI-powered outreach platform that helps web agencies find potential clients by discovering businesses with website issues, scanning their sites, and sending personalized outreach emails on your behalf.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use LeadPilot to send spam or unsolicited bulk email beyond the intended cold outreach purpose
• Violate any applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or plan restrictions
• Use the service for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Email Compliance

Outreach emails sent through LeadPilot comply with CAN-SPAM requirements. Each email includes identification of the sender and is limited in volume. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.

6. Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
• No refunds for partial months
• Downgrading may result in paused campaigns exceeding the new plan limit

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
